JFK Station Duty Manager
• Overall supervision of JFK station flight activities, including interaction with vendors and airport authorities.
• Supervision of North American Customer Service Representatives, and Ground Service Representatives. This includes monthly and weekly shift and flying schedules.
• Assist JFK Station Manager with office duties, when applicable.
• Ensure all preflight, and post flight reports are completed, and are accurate and sent in a timely fashion.
• Ensure all station sales reports are accurate.
• Perform station money deposits, when applicable.
• Overall supervision of the North American Airlines Baggage Service department. This includes reviewing and processing worldwide baggage claims.
• In the absence of the JFK Station Manager, acts on his behalf for all Station inquire. Position reports directly to JFK Station Manger.
 
Executive Assistant/ Communications Specialist
Support COO, manage executive calendar, coordinate schedules, organize travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, schedule and coordinate company events, and various administrative support tasks. Answer, screen and direct all of COO’s incoming calls, visitors and correspondence, acting independently when possible. Prepare/compile presentations materials. Write, edit and review company communications, newsletters, etc. Update company website information. Manage contract files. Follow through with senior management on special projects and other duties as assigned. Must have excellent communication skills, extensive executive support experience. B.S./B.A. or some College with emphasis on business and communication preferred.
 
Dispatch Planning/ Support Position:
Responsible for short- and long-term planning on behalf of the dispatch department. Duties include but are not limited to: planning and storing of international flight routes, applying and tracking of over-flight permits and landing clearances, updating and maintaining the navigational database. Dispatch license required. Strong understanding of geography and current events helpful. Experience in international flight operations preferred.
 
Inventory Control Clerk
Responsibilities include: maintaining two warehouse locations, shipping and receiving aircraft supplies, receiving and dispersing office supplies to various departments, interface with departments to handle departmental requests, manage and replenish stock on shelves, enter receipts, create shipping labels, operate forklift (OSHA certified helpful). Candidate must be handy, able to use tools, good at multi tasking, exhibit excellent communication and listening skills. Candidate must have clean Driving record. (Part Time or Full Time)

Responsible for maintaining/analyzing catering budget.

Supervisor of Maintenance Manuals
Responsibilities include maintaining/ updating maintenance manuals; ensuring compliance with FAA, rewrite all maintenance manuals to be SAI/ATOS procedures format compliant. Liaison with maintenance management to determine maintenance procedures, and document in required format. Must have airline and publications experience.
 
Airline Maintenance Controller
Responsible for airline maintenance control at JFK headquarters. Guide field troubleshooting of B757/767 fleet. Assure compliance with GMM and regulations. Must have significant troubleshooting experience. Maintenance Control experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and computer skills. Must have 757/767 experience and FAA A&P License. Knowledge of Minimum Equipment List a plus.
 
Airline Maintenance Financial Analyst
Responsible for analyzing airline maintenance data, provide various financial reports. Airline financial maintenance experience preferred. Aviation experience required. BA required/MBA a plus.
 
Line Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities include ensuring aircraft is ready for departure. Must be willing to work weekends, rotating shifts, and some travel. FAA A&P License and B757/767 experience required. Good communication skills as well as flexibility required.
 
Aircraft Engineer
Responsible for aircraft engineering, liaison with airframe, engine, and component manufacturers, monitor inflight performance, recommend actions to correct abnormal trends, investigate failures, determine causes, consistent surveillance of engines, coordinate and establish technical data and parts requirements to comply with FAA Airworthiness Directives, etc. Requires at least five years aircraft engineering experience on large transport aircraft for 121 carriers. Areas of concentration include modification projects and trouble- shooting. Excellent opportunity for focused, hard working individual. FAA A&P License required.
 
Quality Control Inspector
Responsible for aircraft inspections, ensuring FAA compliance, performing station audits, and assisting Dir. Of QA with special projects, interfacing with maintenance and engineering departments. Min. 5 years large aircraft experience (B757/767 experience a plus). Schedule will vary and some travel may be required. FAA A&P License required.
 
Flight Technicians – Live Anywhere!
Responsible for airline flight technician duties, ensure aircraft is ready for departure, handle turns worldwide and maintenance troubleshooting. Live anywhere. A&P Certificate and 757/767 aircraft experience required.
 
Technical Purchasing Agent
Responsibilities include negotiating with vendors to obtain best value on purchasing aircraft parts, quality repair services. Analyze inventory usage to determine optimum inventory provisioning levels, assure highest inventory dispatch reliability at the lowest cost. Airline experience required. Purchasing experience a plus. Must be willing to work weekends, rotating shifts. Must be good at multi-tasking, and thrive in a high pressure environment.
 
Material Coordinator/ Stock Clerk
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory of parts, pick up, and deliver parts at JFK/NY area, support A-checks, line maintenance, AOG's. Liaison with Purchasing, line maintenance and MCC, support Purchasing as needed. Airline experience preferred.
 
Supervisor of Materials

Maintenance Scheduler
Responsibilities include developing flight patterns, assigning maintenance personnel to the pattern, building maintenance pairings for mechanics, informing maintenance personal of their assignments. Knowledge of Crew Track a plus. Airline background preferred. Must have excellent computer skills and be detail oriented.
 
CATERING COORDINATOR
Responsibilities include setting up menus with caterers as per client’s request, inspecting kitchens to ensure we are in compliance, liaison with flight crew at arrival/departure times to handle catering issues. Ensure TSA procedures are being followed at the kitchens. Assist flight crews with catering on flights. Candidate must be willing to work weekends/holidays. Aviation/ Catering experience preferred.
