| MAURI LEPPALA - MAN OF THE YEAR |
 |
Is there any more deserving person at JFK to be named Man of the Year by the Protestant Chapel? Mauri Leppala is not simply an effective long-standing manager for Finnair serving as Area Manager of the Americas, but is also a consummate member of the airport community and friend to many of us in the industry. One hundred and twenty five people honored Mauri at a commemorative event in Terminal 4 and a good time was had by all. Mauri moved to the US and JFK in 1989 after increasingly responsible positions and postings for Finnair. Mauri continues to be an |

active member of KAAMCO holding several positions within the organization and is currently the Chairman of the Ground Operations Committee. He is also past President of the JFK Chamber of Commerce. Mauri and his wife Kristi live in Long Beach and enjoy their life in the City by the Sea. |

| JANICE HOLDEN PROMOTED AT JFK'S TERMINAL 4 |
 |
Janice Holden has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at JFK Terminal 4. The promotion which took effect last month is part of a reorganization of several senior executive positions to strengthen the company's upper management and ensure continued success for the future. terminal. Ms. Holden's promotion is the latest accomplishment in her more than 25-year career in the travel industry. Formerly a vice president at Martinair, Ms. Holden helped to attract dozens of new airlines to Terminal 4 since she joined JFK IAT in September 2001. Her new role will include managing the marketing efforts for The Shops at Terminal 4, while also continuing to attract and retain airline partners, and seeking new revenue-generating business opportunities as she has in the past, such as advertising in the building, developing film and television shoots at the terminal, showcasing the terminal as an art space and other brand-building initiatives. Mr. Maca, President of JFK IAT, said the staffing changes were made to broaden the organization's scope and allow it to function at a higher level of professionalism for its valued clients and passengers. Ms. Holden, a graduate of the State University of New York, New Paltz, is involved with numerous professional associations including NAAPRA and New York City's PENCIL program, "Principal for a Day," which integrates the airport and local community as professionals volunteer at local public schools. Currently, Ms. Holden lives in Atlantic Beach, NY with her husband and son. |

| A CULINARY CELEBRATION |
On April 11, 2006, the third annual Global Cuisine of Queens, a fabulous evening of international tastes and delights, took place at Russo's on the Bay. This event benefits the South Queens Boys & Girls Club, which provides programs and services to hundreds of at-risk youths in Queens County. Twenty something local restaurants provided fine food and drink in a festive atmosphere enhanced by the sounds of the CASYM Steel Pan Orchestra. One could snack on jerk chicken and pepper shrimp from The Nest, a West Indian |

restaurant, and imagine being in the Caribbean. Eager to expand our culinary horizons, we began with some meltingly tender ribs in a bourbon bbq sauce and scallops wrapped in bacon on a bed of frizzled leeks from the Woodhaven House, a fine Irish bar and restaurant. A local Portuguese restaurant, O Lavrador, served a wonderful shrimp in green sauce, rich and garlicky and classic cod fritters. Continuing on the Mediteranean theme, we visited Matteo's and tried the Veal Chop Valdestano, topped with mushrooms, |
