Administrative Assistant – Flight Operations
Responsible for providing daily administrative support for the Flight Operations Dept. Requires: min. 2 years exp, preferably in the airline industry; computer-literacy with and profi ciency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; HS diploma or equivalent. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills. Airline experience preferred.
 
Aircraft Technicians - Line Maintenance
Responsibilities include ensuring aircraft is ready for departure. Must be willing to work weekends, rotating shifts, and some travel. FAA A&P License and 757/767 experience required. Good communication skills and fl exibility required.
 
Avionics Technicians
Must be profi cient in troubleshooting aircraft electrical systems. Must be knowledgeable inreading and interpreting wiring diagrams, system schematics and effi cient at utilizing aircraft manuals. Must be able to work all shifts. FAA A&P License required, must have 757/767 experience.
 
Crew Schedulers
Responsibilities include crew scheduling, pay adjustments, irregular operation recovery, monthly bid assistance. Must be very fl exible regarding work schedule: shifts, weekends, holidays (24/7 operation). Requires: Airline experience in a ground staff position; computer literacy; excellent communication and telephone skills. Knowledge of Bornemann/SABRE preferred.
 
Dispatcher
Responsible for jointly working with the pilot in command for operational control to ensure in-fl ight safety of all NAA fl ights. Requires: FAA Dispatch license and min. 2-5 years of experience, HS Diploma or equivalent. Exp. in the airline industry, with emphasis on international ETOPS operations strongly preferred.

Maintenance Instructor/Quality Control Inspector
Responsible for the audit and oversight of the airlines Maintenance Instructional Plan, as well as oversight of maintenance work and developing training subject matter and curriculum for the GMM training policy. Requires: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5-7 years relevant exp.; A&P license. Exp. in the aircraft maintenance industry is preferred.
 
Maintenance Controller
Responsible for airline maintenance control at JFK headquarters. Guide fi eld troubleshooting of 757/767 fl eet. Assure compliance with GMM and regulations. Must have signifi cant troubleshooting experience. Maintenance Control experience preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and computer skills. Must have 757/767 experience and FAA A&P License. Knowledge of Minimum Equipment List a plus.
 
Manager Quality Control
Responsible for managing technical inspection staff, maintaining the continuous analysis and surveillances program, and ensuring that all quality control metrics are met at North American Airlines. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 5-7 years exp. is required. Exp. in the airline industry is preferred. Must have excellent leadership and managerial skills, including ability to develop others.
 
Project Manager - UtraMain
The Project Manager- UltraMain is responsible for managing the project software. The ideal candidate will possess Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 1-2 years related work experience and knowledge of concepts and procedures. Experience in the airline industry is required. You must have the ability to identify problems, their sources, and their potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to day operations without interruption or distraction on software system. Experience in Aviation Computer software and hardware preferred.
 
Manager Maintenance Projects
The Manager, Maintenance Project is responsible for managing Product Manager-UtraMain and Project Manager -UltraMain. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fi eld. An A&P license is desired. The ability to work with computers is invaluable to this position.
 
Planning Assistant
Responsible for updating the systems maintenance job cards to refl ect revisions set out by Boeing and to change job cards due to supervisor’s requests. Requires: Associate’s degree/ two-year program or equivalent; 1-2 years exp; profi ciency in MS Offi ce products a with fl uency in Excel; strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing; excellent organizational skills. Experience in the airline industry is preferred. A&P license preferred.
 
Quality Control Inspector
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting internal and on-site vendor audits, overseeing NAA maintenance, and assisting his supervisors in various responsibilities all geared toward quality improvements in North American Airlines operations. Requires: Associate’s degree/two-year program or equivalent; 5-7 years of experience; A&P.
 
Technical Purchasing Agent
Negotiate with vendors to obtain best value on purchasing aircraft parts, quality repair services. Analyze inventory usage, determine optimum inventory provisioning levels, assure highest inventory dispatch reliability at the lowest cost. Airline experience is required; purchasing experience a plus. Must be willing to work weekends, rotating shifts. Must be good at multi-tasking, and thrive in a high pressure environment.
 
Training Dispatcher
Responsible for exercising and maintaining joint responsibility with the pilot in command for operational control in accordance with FAA regulations/company policies and conducting technical training of dispatch department. Requires: FAA Dispatch License; FAA Ground Instructor Rating; 4-6 years exp.; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent exp; demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
VP of Flight Operations
Responsible to the Chief Operating Offi cer for the safe and effi cient management of all phases of Flight Operations, which include compliance with regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Air Mobility Command (AMC), other Government Agencies, and NAA Company policies. Requires: in-depth knowledge and experience in world wide wide-body fl ight operations; management and supervisory experience in the airline industry; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent amount of aviation experience. Must qualify for Director of Operations as required by 14CFR Part 119.
